§01 / CONTEXT

The brief.

Found through a LinkedIn learning community, the project paired two analysts with complementary tooling and a shared deadline. The point wasn't only the chart at the end; it was rehearsing the back-and-forth, version control, and review etiquette that production analytics demands.

§02 / APPROACH

How it was built.

  1. STEP 01Split ownership: data preparation and EDA in Python and Excel; visual storytelling in Power BI.
  2. STEP 02Ran iterative review cycles, treating each other as the client to pressure-test assumptions.
  3. STEP 03Documented every cleaning decision so the audit trail survived handover.
  4. STEP 04Co-authored the final narrative and published it as a public case study on LinkedIn.
§03 / OUTCOMES

What it moved.

  • Shipped a polished dashboard with a clear executive summary and recommended next steps.
  • Strengthened analytical communication and remote collaboration muscles.
  • Built a reusable template for two-person analytics sprints.
